Q. When will I get back my original photos or digital files?
A. Your original photos will be returned to you within 5 days of the job being started. They will be shipped back to you via FedEx. Your digital files will be removed from our system and fully deleted once your piece is completed.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Cash, Checks and credit cards via PayPal are the accepted forms of payment.
Q. Once you have started the job, how long will it take to complete it?
A. Timeframes vary per clients project, however before the job is started the completion time will be given.
Q. When is payment due?
A. Payments are to be made in 2 parts. The first 80% is due before the job begins and the remainder when the job is completed and has been delivered.

On the other sites, you are allowed a limited amount of photographs to be used
to make the collage and their system offers limited creativity in telling your
story. We however create
